friendly staff helpful staff tea facilities food availability
The staff at check-in and check-out were amazing. The main staff were super friendly and helpful. The art and the history of the building.
The room was nice , but there were no tea making facilities. I asked at reception and got a kettle , but there was no tea , no cup , no milk , or a spoon. The food was not available after 22:30.

friendly staff high quality poor breakfast delayed deposit
Home House accommodations have a special wow factor. I found many touches that were really high quality. The staff was super friendly and personable.
The breakfast wasn't particularly great. It also took a large deposit. This deposit wasn't released until 31 days after my stay even after discussions with management.

lovely stay!

warm welcome absolute gem excellent suite
i adored my time. the staff welcomed me warmly. i was upgraded to the lady islington suite. it is an absolute gem, i must say!
i found one tiny thing slightly off. the drawing rooms consistently played the same music. this was not amazing if i wanted private quiet talk.

The boardroom was available for investor meetings. the space seemed beautiful and quiet. it was perfect for focused discussions, i was told. everything was organized to perfection. This certainly left a solid impression.

elegant design convenient location excellent service
the design i saw was elegant and thoughtful. i found the location quite convenient. the comfort gave me a relaxing feeling. the service WAS excellent.
i experienced some unhelpful staff. empathy WAS lacking among SOME staff. this.

Mixed feelings about my stay.

arrogant staff missing amenities
The staff seemed arrogant at times. They also lacked helpfulness. I asked for tea making facilities, and the hotel sent a kettle. There were no cups, tea, milk, or a spoon. This was really bad. The attitude was we must have done something wrong when we got stuck in the lift.
